Vodaland Balkan — WMS with NextUp - Ciel, on Datalogic Skorpio X5 and Newland N7
WMS integrated with NextUp - Ciel, running on a mix of Datalogic Skorpio X5 terminals (high-volume picking zones) and Newland N7 (auxiliary operations), across Vodaland Balkan warehouses.
The challenge
Vodaland's products (drainage channels, gratings, accessories) are bulky, heterogeneous and shipped in specific combinations per construction project. A WMS had to handle efficient location-based storage, complex order picking and integration with the NextUp - Ciel ERP.
The solution
Rosistem Warehouse was configured with two terminal types depending on zone: Datalogic Skorpio X5 (rugged, ergonomic, for intensive picking in high-volume zones) and Newland N7 (compact, for auxiliary operations — receiving, inventory, transfers). Bidirectional integration with NextUp - Ciel syncs stock and documents in real time.
Hardware
- Datalogic Skorpio X5 — enterprise terminal with laser/2D scanner, for fast picking in high-volume zones
- Newland N7 — compact Android terminal for auxiliary operations
Integrations
- ERP: NextUp - Ciel — bidirectional sync
