Antalis — Mobile warehouse integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
End-to-end digitization of the paper & packaging warehouse: receiving, put-away, movements, transfers, inventory, picking and delivery.
The challenge
Antalis operated high-volume warehouses on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, with no real-time visibility over stock movements. Receiving, transfers and shipping were handled via printed documents, with high risk of errors and reconciliation delays.
The solution
Rosistem deployed a mobile warehouse on Motorola MC3090 terminals, bidirectionally connected to NAV. The flows are fully digital: goods receipt, location-suggested put-away, movements, inter-warehouse transfers, inventory, picking and shipping. All documents generate in NAV in real time.
Operational outcomes
- Paperless receiving → shipping, across all flows
- Real-time visibility over stock and movements
- Bidirectional NAV integration: no manual syncs
