Back-office & mobile front-office

The back-office application handles the complete asset database — locations, departments, responsible persons, categories, acquisition costs and depreciation. The front-office mobile app runs on Android devices (or Datalogic, Zebra, Honeywell and Intermec mobile terminals on Windows CE/Mobile) and is used by operators during annual inventories, asset moves and verifications. Each asset is identified by a printed barcode or QR label, or — in the Professional package — by an RFID tag that can be read without line of sight.

Check-out / check-in & maintenance

Check-out/check-in workflows let you assign tools, laptops, vehicles or instruments to employees or job sites with photo verification and digital signatures. The system schedules preventive maintenance, tracks service history and sends alerts when inspections or calibrations are due. Maintenance costs are captured per asset, feeding into the depreciation and total-cost-of-ownership reports. RFID read-range alerts detect when an asset leaves a protected zone.
