Stock management by location
Real-time inventory accuracy is achieved by organizing the warehouse into aisles, shelves and bins, with every movement captured through barcode or RFID scanning. Goods receipt, put-away, cycle counting and inter-location transfers are logged in real time, giving supervisors a live picture of the warehouse. License-plating links physical pallets or containers to their logical contents, so a single scan moves an entire unit. The system supports mixed-SKU locations, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and minimum/maximum stock thresholds with automatic replenishment triggers back to the ERP.
Order processing & dispatch
The complete order lifecycle is automated from order receipt to dispatch. Wave picking, batch picking and zone picking strategies are supported, with real-time stock allocation that prevents shortages or double-commits. Packing stations generate SSCC labels, consolidated shipping manifests and courier labels through the Innoship integration. Proof-of-delivery is captured and fed back into the ERP, closing the operational loop.
Pick by Voice, Light & RFID
Rosistem WMS natively supports Pick by Voice, Put by Voice, Pick by Light and Put by Light hardware, along with passive and active RFID gates and handheld readers. Voice picking allows operators to keep both hands free for handling goods, while light systems accelerate high-frequency pick-faces in e-commerce and retail distribution. RFID is used for bulk receiving, pallet verification and zero-touch dispatch. All technologies coexist on the same infrastructure — a single warehouse can mix barcode, voice, light and RFID as needed.
