Rosistem WMS is a Warehouse Management System developed in Romania, designed for companies in manufacturing, logistics, retail and distribution wanting to digitize and automate warehouse operations. It runs on Android mobile terminals with barcode and RFID, natively integrated with existing ERP systems.
Standard implementation takes 30-45 days from contract signing. This includes system configuration, ERP integration, initial data import, team training and assisted go-live. For complex projects (multiple warehouses, extensive customisations), the timeline may be 60-90 days.
Rosistem WMS integrates natively with SAP (Business One, S/4HANA), Oracle (NetSuite, ERP Cloud), Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central/NAV, Odoo, WinMentor Enterprise, Saga SQL/Cloud, NextUp - Ciel, Nexus ERP, SoftOne, SmartBill, FGO, Oblio, BOCP, OMC, Charisma and Setrio. Integration is via REST API or native connectors, with no additional licensing costs.
The software runs on any Android enterprise terminal. We have ISV (Independent Software Vendor) certification at Zebra Technologies, Datalogic, Honeywell, Newland ID and ProGlove. It also works with Unitech, Getac, Sunmi, Urovo, Bixolon, Citizen, Godex, TSC and any terminal with Android 8+.
Yes. Rosistem WMS is available both as cloud (SaaS, hosted in Rosistem data centres in Romania) and on-premise (installed on the client's own servers). Functionality is identical in both variants. Clients can migrate between variants without data loss.
We offer 3 support levels: Basic (Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00), Premium (Mon-Sun 7:00-22:00) and Enterprise (24/7 including holidays). Support is provided in Romanian by a dedicated team with direct escalation to the development team. All plans include free software updates.
Yes. We offer a free live demonstration tailored to your company's specifics, followed by access to a fully functional sandbox environment for 30 days. The demonstration can be online (video call) or at our/the client's office in Bucharest or any other location.
