Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files (letters and numbers) that are downloaded and stored in your browser's memory when you access a website. They function as unique identifiers, allowing the site to recognize your browser on subsequent visits and remember your preferences.
Cookies are not executable programs and cannot access, read or modify data stored on your device. They do not contain viruses, malware or spyware and cannot install software on your computer.
We use cookies to ensure the correct functioning of the site, to improve user experience, for traffic analysis and, with your consent, for marketing activities. Consent for non-essential cookies is obtained through the notification banner displayed on the first visit to the site.
Types of cookies we use
We use three categories of cookies, with different levels of control on your part:
Essential cookies
Required for site functionality
These cookies are strictly necessary for the basic functioning of the site and cannot be disabled. They include:
- Session cookie — keeps the session active while you browse the site
- CSRF token — protection against cross-site request forgery attacks
- Language preference — remembers selected language (Romanian / English)
- Cookie consent — stores your cookie choices
Analytics cookies
Improving user experience
Help us understand how you interact with our site so we can continuously improve it. Data collected is anonymized and aggregated:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Traffic source (search engine, direct link, social media)
- Type of device and browser used
- Actions performed on the site (clicks, scrolls, forms completed)
Third-party cookies
Integrated external platforms
Our site may embed content or functionality from third-party platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Maps). These platforms may install their own cookies, which we do not control:
- YouTube — for demo videos and product presentations embedded on the site
- LinkedIn — for company follow widgets and social sharing
- Google Maps — for the map showing our office location
We recommend consulting the privacy policies of these platforms for detailed information about their cookies.
How to control cookies
You have several ways to control and manage cookies. We recommend using our consent banner for the simplest control, but you can also use your browser settings.
Available browser options:
Confirmation before storage
The browser will ask your permission before storing each cookie.
Block all cookies
All cookies are blocked, including essential ones (may affect site functionality).
Block third-party cookies
Cookies from third-party platforms are blocked, while first-party cookies remain active.
Delete existing cookies
Removes all cookies stored to date. Settings will be reset to zero.
Instructions for popular browsers:
Note: Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality. Some pages or features may become unavailable or may not function correctly.
Cookie lifespan
Cookies differ in their lifespan — the period they remain stored on your device. There are two main categories:
Session cookies
Exist only during the active browser session. Automatically deleted when you close the browser window or tab. Used for session maintenance and CSRF protection.
Persistent cookies
Remain on the device after closing the browser, until the expiration date or until manually deleted. Used for language preferences, analytics and marketing.
Consent cookie: The cookie that stores your consent choices has a lifespan of 12 months. Upon expiration, the consent banner will be displayed again to renew your preferences.
