Novotel (Accor Hotels) — Fixed-asset inventory with Rosistem Assets
Rosistem Assets rolled out across the Novotel hotel group in Romania, covering inventory and traceability for fixed assets — from furniture and kitchen equipment to AV gear in conference rooms.
Context
A hotel's patrimony doesn't live in a single environment type: rooms see furniture and electronics, kitchens have industrial equipment exposed to heat and harsh cleaning, the spa has devices in constant humidity, conference rooms have expensive AV gear. An inventory solution has to survive all of them.
What we delivered
We rolled out Rosistem Assets across the Novotel chain in Romania, using barcode labels in 3 durability variants (standard, humidity-resistant, heat-resistant). Portable terminals cover every zone, and reports run by hotel, by department or network-wide.
Operational flows covered
- Room inventory in short shifts, between housekeeping and check-in
- Kitchen equipment with usage and service history
- Event AV with per-event check-in/out
