Roco (Romextrud International) — WMS integrated with MerchantPro, Saga and Zebra MC3300 terminals
Rosistem Warehouse for Romextrud International warehouses (Roco brand), with dual integration — MerchantPro for e-commerce and Saga for accounting — running on Zebra MC3300 terminals.
The challenge
Romextrud had two disconnected systems: MerchantPro for the online store (orders, web inventory) and Saga for accounting and official stock. Physical warehouse operations (production receipts, B2B and e-commerce order picking, shipping) were on paper — with over-reservation risk across parallel channels.
The solution
Rosistem Warehouse was deployed as a central layer, running on Zebra MC3300 terminals — rugged industrial terminals suited to food-production environments. The system syncs bidirectionally with both ERPs: MerchantPro receives web-available stock, Saga receives accounting movements, and the WMS is the single source of truth for physical stock.
Hardware
- Zebra MC3300 — industrial mobile terminal with 1D/2D scanner, 4" screen, numeric keyboard for fast entries
Integrations
- MerchantPro — e-commerce platform (web-available stock, shipping confirmations)
- Saga — accounting ERP (stock movements, documents)
Outcomes
- Single physical stock, correctly visible on both channels
- No over-reservation between B2B and online orders
- Accelerated picking on Zebra industrial terminals
About the client
